Taken the shipping costs, no return is accepted for orders shipping out of France. Would you face any issue, please contact me and we will find a solution out together. - Exchanges
Unless I made a mistake with your order, no exchanges will be accepted. Sales are final. Items are clearly described to let you know what you buy. Would you have an issue with your order, you can contact me anytime. I am always open for discussion and willing to find a solution when needed. If I did send you the wrong item I will replace it and cover the extra shipping costs. - Damages
Sometimes sh** happens. In case you would received your order damaged, please contact me immediately. Provide your number of order, a photo of the damaged item and the original proof of complain form against the post services. While I am not responsible for damages occured in transit by post services, I will do my best to fix things for you. I will send you another item if still available, or refund you if it is sold out. I do package the items with the biggest care though, and luckily no one received a damaged order so far. - Refunds
You will be notified once I've received and inspected your return or request, and let you know if it is eligible to refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via PayPal within 2 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you did not hear from me, please contact me. - European Union 14 days cooling off period: If the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required too. If you do want a refund, please note the return shipping cost will be at your charge. Refund will be processed within 24 hours after packaged arrived and was verified.

I will never ever share your personal datas for other purpose than processing your order or sending you the monthly newsletter if you suscribed.
Shopify - my shop provider - might need to share it with third parties to allow the payment and legal matters. Their policy regarding personal datas is same as mine though. They will use only what is needed to the sales.
