· Frequently Asked Questions ·
//. Can you send me a DM to let me know of a a print release?
This is not feasible for me as handling the creation and the shop together is incredibly time-consuming. BUT, I created a newsletter for the shop which you can join to be notified by email as soon as novelties are added!
· Orders & Use ·
//. Can I use the illustration for commercial purposes?
All artwork is for personal use only. If you’re interested in licensing or commercial use, feel free to get in touch via the contact form for professionals.
//. Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
Of course! Just contact me as soons as possible, because once the pre-orders are closed it will be too late to modify your order.

Shit happens. Even though I put a lot of care in my packagings. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos within 48 hours of delivery, we will find a solution together.

If you happen to order twice or more before the pre-orders closing, of course I will make sure to merge your orders into one!
If I can get all your items into one single package, you will get a refund for the shipping costs that were not needed. Refund is processed as soon as I shipped the parcels.
· Prints & Quality ·
//. What is the difference between Regular & Limited editions?
- Regular editions are high quality digital prints produced on coated paper, not quantity-limited and not signed.
- Limited editions are luxury prints, benefiting from beautiful effects to embellish the illustration: foil, gold leaf, holographic vinyl... Usually limited to 10 or 15 numbered and signed copies, these prints are not reprinted once sold out.
//. Are the prints archival?
- While they are not considered archival, the Gold-leaf limited editions are produced on premium 300gsm Conqueror* paper. This paper is acid-free and pH-neutral, ensuring excellent durability and long-lasting quality when properly displayed.
- Digital laser regular editions are made with great care and offer beautiful color and detail too. While they are not archival prints, they can be enjoyed for many years when displayed away from direct sunlight and heat.
* The 3 prints of The Mask, The Sirene et The Barrier Breaker excepted, as these are based on the old template of prints, therefore still on high quality coated paper.
//. Do you sell the prints with the frames?
No, the prints are sold unframed. The pictures with frames are for suggestion of presentation only.
//. Are the colors true to what I see on screen?
I do my best to ensure accurate color representation. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
//. What is the difference between Hot foil stamping & Gold-leafing?
- Hot foil stamping is produced by the print workers. This is a technique allowing me to enhance details of my art thanks to gold/silver/holographic foil with an incredible precision! Also, it comes with a matt lamination, which gives a very neat touch to the product.
- Gold-leafing is handled by myself, one piece after another. I use a special gilding paste on specific details of the art to then apply various color foil leaves, ensuring each piece will be unique.
//. Gold-leaf prints care
These hand-embellished prints are very delicate and need special care. When opening your package, avoid touching the gilding paste / gold-leaf.
If you want to frame the print, use a mat / Marie-Louise in between the print and the glass to make sure the gold-leafing does not touch the glass and get sticked to it later in the event of extreme temperatures.
